Hello Dear Friends! I thought I would share some of my multi~tasking with you.
This is like a broken~record by now... but I have eight Oxford punched mats bound...
No, I didn't bind all those just today. I've been working on them in the evenings while watching TV. But I still have this many more to bind & should be working on them this afternoon...
Before I can work on those though... I have a distributor order to fill. So patterns have been printing on my trusty lil' printer~ they still need to be stuffed & boxed & dropped off at UPS tomorrow morning...
While they were printing... I was stitching at my desk...
There are sure to be some housework duties needing to be done and the kiddo will get out of school in just a couple of hours... then it will be time to whip up some supper... so I better get back to workin'...
Wishing you all warm smiles...
Betty

I'm so curious to ask--how do you handle the printing for the photos affixed to the covers?
ReplyDeleteDo you run them yourself? Order them from a mail service? Also, why did you choose to print them separately rather than directly on the cover?
They do look great, though! so much eye candy in this post, lol! :D
You have been busy. I never use my oxford with wool, seems to take me longer to set the wool in, but I do like using yarn. I do like the idea if my hands get too sore to hook, punching is easier.

Berit, I do use a picture service for the photos & I do the pictures because it is a much clearer image for stitchers if they choose to use it in addition to the chart to guide them. :) Thanks for askin'
ReplyDeleteSmiles!

ReplyDeletewow - lots of productivity going on. You know I forgot I had an Oxford punch - i made a couple of rugs with it using yarn a couple of years ago but the wool frustrated me. I am going to have to try the wool again. You have given me inspiration.!!
