Hello Dear Friends! I do hope you had a wonder Easter... full of love, laughs, festive joys, and happiness!
We had a glorious one ourselves... and have made many happy memories too. We did so love spending time with our loved ones... and have missed so dearly the ones that we weren't able to spend time with, but they are near and dear in our hearts.

Now that the evening is calming down, I have decided to list some of my primitive, handmade wares in my Etsy shoppe.
Yup... some of my woven items are up for sale! Listed are two of my denim coasters...
And one of my denim rugs...
I just love the look... the variation of light and dark... and the rugged, yet farmhouse chic charm to these rugs! And I do so LOVE making them!
Since my buddy, Sherrie, challenged me to dust off my loom at the beginning of the year... I have made nearly 50 rugs! Well... that is 'probably made' 50... I have lost count along the way. I don't see myself stopping any time soon either! It is very relaxing to sit at my loom. Plus, I truly enjoy the whole recycle, upcycle, re~claim, re~purpose of it all!
I would love it if you could pop over to my Etsy Shoppe to take a look!

I've listed a few other prims in my shoppe too...
An old cheese box with a Punch (from my Oxford Punch) hit and miss lid...
And a hand~hooked hit and miss candle mat...

Like I said earlier in this post... I am still weaving...
Yes, I do love the denim... but my current rug is from 1" cotton strips...
The white at the base of the weaving is actually toilet paper. I do this so the warp threads become evenly space/separated. The actual rug starts where the threads are woven...
I still have a large tote of strips to use up. These were cut long ago when I was doing more Locker Hooking...
And when I'm needing a weaving break... I keep busy with other mediums. Sometimes it is punching or stitching... but right now it is weaving. I'm using up my worms too...
Wishing you all warm smiles...
Betty
Your new pieces are wonderful and nice to have different items to work on to give our minds and hands a break. Happy Easter!
